Solving a real problem for Shopify Merchants
Shopify merchants are often very happy to use the Shopify blog. It's free, and it's integrated into the broader platform so they can manage everything from one place. For customers it feels like part of the same store rather than a separate site.

Finally Shopify has an app that sends my blog's comments to my email automatically. I can respond to comments right away vs only checking every week or so. You can just approve/delete right from the email link.
