Signing up

Sunny costs only $1.99 per month.

Yes! There is a full 30-day free trial.

There are no extra fees. Each store has unlimited blogs and comments. There is a limit of 3 email addresses to receive notifications.

Any comments you replied to will remain unchanged, and we will delete your data after 7 days.

Installation and Getting Started

Simply install the app and follow the on-screen instructions. There are a few quick questions, then you'll be sent a sample notification

The entire process usually takes 2-3 minutes.

Replying to Comments

Your blog must be set to “moderate comments before publishing’ to work with Sunny.

New comments will be emailed to you after the customer submits it.

The notification email will include a link that says “Approve”. Just click that link

Reply to the comment (above the reply line) and make sure to delete your signature or any “replied at” date added by your email system.

Your reply is added to the original comment, which is then posted. The commenter is also emailed a copy of the reply.

In some cases we are able to manually pull historical comments. Please get in touch at info@sunnysideapps.com

Every month you will receive an email that will give you the option to see any comments you missed.

Sunny adds your reply to the original comment, but does not create a thread (where additional people could reply).

Managing Spam

Our spam filter has been trained on thousands of spam comments and blocks over 90% of spam for our customers.

It intercepts the comment and automatically marks it as spam, without sending you an email.

Some spam comments still slip through. When you receive a notification about one of these, simply click the “Mark as spam” link in the email.
